SES has used our process improvement skills to help a number of companies achieve success both with the Software-CMM® (SW-CMM®) and CMMI® Level 2/3 assessments. Some highlights of SES process improvement successes include:

CIBER Federal - Using its accelerated-CMMI (a-CMMI) methodology, SES led the CIBER Federal Arlington, VA operation from no documented processes to a successful CMMI Level 3 formal appraisal in only eight months.
ViPS - SES led the successful accelerated-CMMI Level 2 implementation effort at ViPS using its a-CMMI methodology.
Pinnacle Business Solutions – SES is providing consulting services to help them implement CMMI level 3 practices and procedures. A mini-assessment was conducted in December 2006 and Pinnacle, partnering with SES to improve internal processes, intends to be appraised by an independent appraiser for CMMI maturity Level 3 later this year.
Michelin North America – SES provided an Executive Overview CMMI training course and an Introduction to CMMI course to over 30 senior managers and 20 mid-level staff personnel. Positive feedback was given on the quality of the curriculum materials and on the interactive discussions during each process area break out session.
Other process improvement successes for SES include: Iowa Department of Human Services, Ameritas, Microware and Origin Interactive
