CMMI Assessments and GAP Analysis

SES performs CMMI® assessments to determine the specific tasks required to assist organizations achieve the best results. SES has Software Engineering Institute (SEI) authorized staff to perform SCAMPI A, B, and C Appraisals for CMMI®. We have developed our own assessment/gap analysis methodology that has evolved over time, based on lessons learned from previous process improvement efforts with both SW-CMM® and CMMI-DEV®. It has evolved into a well-defined process for evaluating where an organization stands in relation to the CMMI® defined criteria.
