SES is providing support to Ultra Electronics for TeamTrack and ProcessTrak (PT) customization to reflect Ultra-ATS processes. Through regularly scheduled teleconferences and face-to-face visits, SES TeamTrack and CMMI consultants are partnering with Ultra development and project management staff and subject matter experts to move PT workflows into production and to accumulate process artifacts for a successful independent appraisal.
